They will take your points and process the reward and you will be sent the code for the one you requested. Code will be sent to your email and sent you under Rewards by clicking on reward summary. To do an rewards request go to rewards click on reward request you will see the approved vendors to. Go to one of the site to look your xbox 360 game, xbox 360 headset, the console, or any xbox 360 items you would like to get highlight and copy the url link of the page, the name of the item, and the amount of points it take for that item and hit submit. it will take only a few days to process and there you go.
